Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HouseHustl ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of HouseHustl constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete registration information
• •Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

3. Posting & Bidding Rules

Property owners who post cleaning jobs ("Job Posters") and cleaning professionals who submit bids ("Bidders") agree to the following:

• •Job postings must accurately describe the scope of work, location, and any special requirements
• •Bids must be made in good faith and reflect the actual cost of services
• •Both parties must communicate through the Platform for job-related discussions
• •Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through the Platform. By using HouseHustl's payment system, you agree to the following:

• •Payment becomes available only after the property owner marks the job as complete; no funds are collected at bid acceptance
• •HouseHustl charges a 10% platform fee deducted at payout; PayPal processing fees also apply
• •Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through our dispute resolution process
• •You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to payments received through the Platform

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• •Posting fraudulent, misleading, or spam job listings or bids
• •Circumventing the Platform to arrange payments directly and avoid service fees
• •Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
• •Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems

6. Limitation of Liability

HouseHustl acts as a marketplace connecting property owners and cleaning professionals. We do not employ the cleaning professionals on the Platform and are not responsible for the quality of services provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseHustl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to property damage, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to HouseHustl in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@househustl.com. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be resolved according to our standard procedures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HouseHustl regarding your use of the Platform.
