Posting jobs is completely free for property owners. Cleaning professionals can browse and bid on jobs at no cost. A 10% platform fee is deducted at payout when a job is completed; PayPal processing fees also apply.
How do I get started as a cleaning pro?
Sign up for a free account, select "Cleaner" as your role, complete your profile with your services and service area, and start browsing and bidding on jobs near you.
How are payments handled?
All payments go through our secure PayPal-powered platform. Payment becomes available only after the owner marks the job complete. The cleaner receives funds directly, minus a 10% platform fee. PayPal processing fees also apply.
What if I have a problem with a job?
We have a dispute resolution process to help resolve issues between property owners and cleaning pros. Contact us at support@househustl.com and we'll work with both parties to find a fair solution.
Can I cancel a job after accepting a bid?
Yes, but cancellation policies apply depending on how close to the scheduled date the cancellation occurs. Check your job details for specific cancellation terms.
