FAQ

Where is HouseHustl available?
HouseHustl is in early-access beta. Coverage depends on local cleaner signups and is growing. Post your job to see who's available — if no bids arrive, you're not charged anything. Payment only becomes available after you mark the job complete.
How do payments work?
After you mark the job complete, payment becomes available through PayPal. You approve payment after reviewing completion photos. The cleaner receives funds directly, minus a 10% platform fee. PayPal processing fees apply separately.
What if a cleaner cancels or doesn't show?
If a cleaner cancels, your job reopens for new bids automatically. No-shows can be reported and affect the cleaner's quality score. Payment is only available after you mark the job complete, so you stay in control.
How are disputes handled?
Both parties can open a dispute from the job page. You can message back and forth, and HouseHustl support can review and resolve escalated cases.
What qualifications do cleaners have?
Cleaner profiles show experience, specialties, self-reported insurance and bonding status, review ratings, and job history. You choose based on the evidence that matters to you.
Is there a subscription or contract?
No. HouseHustl is free to use for owners and free to join for cleaners. Premium tools are included during early access. HouseHustl's platform fee is 10%, deducted at payout; PayPal processing fees also apply.
